Job Title: Learning Experience Specialist

As a Learning Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing eLearning content that engages adult learners. Your expertise in instructional design and technology will enable you to create interactive courseware that supports knowledge acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop eLearning content using various media types, including video, animation, and other instructional technologies.
  • Develop storyboards that are translated into finished interactive content, ensuring engagement and effectiveness in adult learning.
  • Create instructional materials, manuals, aide memoires, and learning resources to support knowledge acquisition.
  • Design and develop courseware that incorporates technology and relevant learning pedagogies for effective learning outcomes.
  • Develop assessment criteria, tests, assignments, and examinations to measure learner progress.
  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, including interactivity, objectives, timelines, and other critical factors.
  • Work with content developers to create engaging interactive courseware for adult learners, leveraging expertise in instructional design and technology.
  • Conduct courseware testing and evaluation based on approved storyboards to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Job Specifications:

  • Degree in any discipline, with preference given to those with degrees in instructional design, education, psychology, or related fields. Post-graduate qualifications in education or instructional design are an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design and/or training, demonstrating a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
