Job Title: Global Talent Management Senior Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global Talent Management Senior Specialist. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our workforce, driving innovation and growth through effective learning and development strategies.


About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global learning and development strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. They will work closely with leadership to identify skill gaps and design effective learning initiatives that promote early career experiences for new hires.

This includes collaborating with stakeholders to leverage HR software and analytics tools to measure the impact of learning programs and optimize their effectiveness. The ideal candidate will also drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance employee engagement and performance.

A strong leader, the Global Talent Management Senior Specialist will provide guidance and support to the global talent management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global learning and development strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and design effective learning initiatives.
  • Leverage HR software and analytics tools to measure the impact of learning programs.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a global or multinational company.
  • Proficiency in HR software and analytics tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and hands-on approach.
  • Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
