The primary responsibility of a driver management professional is to oversee the daily activities of drivers, ensuring they are working efficiently and safely. This role involves communication, problem-solving, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with drivers to address any issues or concerns;\
  • Conducting driver emotion counselling sessions to promote a positive work environment;\
  • Providing regular safety training to drivers to minimize accidents and ensure compliance with regulations;\
  • Managing driver information, including registration, accounts, and data;\
  • Building and managing communication platforms, such as WeChat groups, to facilitate team collaboration and information sharing;\
  • Solving driver account problems in a timely manner and escalating issues to headquarters if necessary;\
  • Completing job requirements assigned by superiors, including project management and customer service tasks.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to cope with emergencies and solve problems effectively;\
  • Good team spirit and customer service awareness;\
  • Experience in driver management and operation;\
  • Holding a valid Driver Licence Class-3.\
