Overview of the Job

The role of Driver Support Coordinator is a pivotal position within our organization. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle management system.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage driver registration and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Inspect and hand over vehicles to staff or drivers in a timely manner.
  • Handle issues or disputes with drivers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Share important information and handbooks with drivers to promote their understanding and compliance.
  • Perform data entry and inventory checks to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with other tasks and collect feedback from drivers to improve services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in customer service is essential for this role.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel is required for data analysis and record-keeping.
  • Possession of a Class 3 car license is mandatory for safe vehicle operation.

Benefits and Working Conditions:

  • Contract duration: 6 months (renewable/convertible)
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Location: Tampines
  • Salary: $2,300 basic
