Lalamove is a leading global on-demand delivery platform with millions of delivery partners serving millions of orders everyday. **What we Seek**:

- Rotation within the Driver Operations Team and the sub functions
- ** Driver acquisition**:Maintain an over-supplying effort by engaging our drivers leads on a daily basis through various channels;
- ** Driver onboarding**:Assist the Operations team to ensure incoming leads are onboarded in the most efficient way following Lalamove standards;
- ** Sticker Presence**: Maintain a healthy number of sticker drivers on the platform, performing sticker pasting on the vehicles and striking partnerships with Corporate partners;
- ** Driver Quality**: Assist the Operations team to ensure acceptable quality of driver partners. This includes coaching and educating the driver partners about our policies and processes.
- ** Orders Management**:Assist the Operations team on order requests

**What you'll Need**:

- Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies;
- Capable of compiling relevant information, provide strategic analysis, present and initiate ideas;
- Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative;
- Excellent presentation and people management skills;
- Self-motivated, independent, detailed-oriented and organized
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- ** Able to start on short notice for a period from 3-6 months**
