They are currently looking for a Driver Operations Executive in Singapore. You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with various stakeholders to drive growth and improve the driving experience.

- Responsible to ensure driver-partners at all stages of the lifecycle with the necessary information and offerings to the drivers.
- Drive the implementation and communication campaigns across driver growth, engagement, and retention. This includes copywriting, editing, proofreading, and campaign execution for program launches, feature rollouts, etc.
- Develop messaging and multi-format content across multiple owned and paid channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Service Excellence and PR to achieve business objectives.
- Develop regular engagement efforts via owned channels with program partners.
- Regular engagement with drivers to gather content material, including insights and feedback where relevant.
- Support community campaigns/events to maintain driver happiness and satisfaction which include driver growth initiatives, such as in-person activities that engage with drivers directly for acquisition purposes.
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to facilitate program execution.
- Coordinate with vendors to facilitate development and printing of marketing collaterals.
- Regular engagement with drivers to gather insights and feedback, including online platforms (Eg. Facebook, Telegram, Forums)
- Communicate with drivers to help coordinate events or giveaways.

- Degree in Marketing/ Public Relations/ Communications, or related fields.
- Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing.
- Strong written, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Keen eye for detail with strong visual communication capabilities.
- Resourceful and proactive in following up with various stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of communication pieces.
- Familiarity with using Google Suite.
- Events management, Photography, Video editing capabilities is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and experience in graphic/web design/content management systems is preferred.
- Portfolio to showcase your previous work might be required.
