Hatch Asia is seeking a highly skilled Regional Control Tower Implementation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for onboarding new accounts and executing internal initiatives, solutions, or programs with a focus on successful implementation and management.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, commercial teams, operations, and IT, to define scope and requirements.
- Develop project charters, implementation plans, and executive summaries.
- Build project teams, monitor project scope, cost, and timeline, and report to the committee or management team.
- Roll out projects to stakeholders and lead the identification of best practices and improvements post-implementation of accounts or internal initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in multinational corporations, preferably within the transportation or supply chain industry.
- At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in global transportation.
- Strong background in managing systems, business implementation, and customer onboarding.
- Extensive operational experience and in-depth product knowledge.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time.
- Strong skills in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and persuasive abilities to drive change at all organizational levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach for both self and others.
- Proficiency with technological tools.
- PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Experience in managing and directing resources.
