Unlock the Power of Unified Analytics with Databricks

As a key member of our expanding APJ team, we're seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead the growth of our business in ASEAN. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on revenue and expansion.

The Impact You Will Have:

  • Drive the adoption of Databricks' Unified Analytics Platform across Enterprise Accounts in all industries
  • Identify and source new sales opportunities, building pipeline individually and with the Databricks SDR team
  • Engage with business and technical decision-makers, leading them through the evaluation and buying process
  • Exceed individual activity, pipeline, and annual revenue targets
  • Collaborate with local partners (technology partners, ISVs, SIs, and GSIs) to drive business growth
  • Focus on customer success and upsell in existing customers
  • Develop a Territory Strategy to drive sales growth

What We Look For:

  • Proven success in Enterprise Sales roles, ideally in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology
  • Demonstrable experience of selling innovation, ideally in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology
  • Solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach (Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, Challenger Sale)
  • Ability to simply articulate intricate cloud & big data technologies and their business value for the customer
  • Proven success and upward trajectory in whatever you have done
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise Customers
