Project Coordinator for Cancer Research Initiatives

The Nasopharyngeal Cancer Program is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as a Project Coordinator. The selected candidate will support the program under the supervision of Principal Investigator Dr. Darren Lim.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects for the Nasopharyngeal Cancer program, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Assist the PI with general research administration, including grant applications, budgeting, account management, study progress reports, IRB submissions, and coordinating meetings.
  • Evaluate studies for compliance with study protocols, SOPs, ICH/GCP, PDPA, HBRA regulations, and study-specific manuals and procedures.
  • Facilitate the development and execution of research collaboration/service agreements with different sites and collaborators.
  • Support planning and implementing research and education events for the program.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or related field; prior experience in research or healthcare setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with PDPA, HBRA, and GCP.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, proactive, inquisitive, fast, and accurate.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Committed team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
