Lead Research Initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the execution of clinical, education, and research initiatives under our Nasopharyngeal Cancer program.

The selected candidate will support the Program with supervision from the Principal Investigator Dr. Darren Lim. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Project management for the Nasopharyngeal Cancer program.
  2. Assist the PI with general research administration pertaining to the program, including grant applications, budgeting, account applications, study progress reports, IRB applications, purchase requisitions, coordinating meetings, and setting up appointments.
  3. Evaluate and ensure studies are carried out in compliance with study protocols, SOPs, ICH/GCP, PDPA, and HBRA regulations, as well as study-specific manuals and procedures.
  4. Facilitate the drafting and execution of research collaboration/service agreements with different sites and collaborators.
  5. Support planning and implementing research and education events for the program.

Requirements:
- Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent. Prior experience in research or healthcare settings is advantageous.
- Familiarity with PDPA, HBRA, and GCP.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
- Meticulous, resourceful, proactive, inquisitive, fast, and accurate.
- Excellent command of English.
- Committed team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
