AI Research Innovation Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation in AI research and development. The successful candidate will lead our efforts in developing novel tools, infrastructure, and algorithms towards solving complex AI problems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing research teams, with expertise in deep learning research and development, particularly in generative AI.

They should excel in a research-driven culture, be comfortable diving deep into technical details, yet be able to communicate the strategic implications of their work.

The role involves setting the technical vision and strategic direction for the team's research and development efforts, leading and mentoring a high-performing team, and driving the end-to-end execution of complex research projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience
  • Significant experience building and leading world-class research and engineering teams
  • Proven experience in deep learning research and development, particularly in generative AI
  • Exceptional engineering skills in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., Jax, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Strong publication record at top-tier machine learning, computer vision, and graphics conferences
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
