Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Researcher

We are seeking a highly accomplished professional in the field of artificial intelligence to spearhead our research initiatives. As a core member of our AI development team, you will be responsible for pioneering innovative solutions in computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning.

You will collaborate closely with a team of scientists and researchers to conceptualize and iterate on software development, designing and deploying AI prototypes with a focus on bringing complex models into production.

Expertise in crafting scalable and high-performance machine learning models will be crucial in troubleshooting performance and accuracy issues.

You will also work in tandem with technical and non-technical teams locally and internationally, presenting proof of concepts to stakeholders effectively.

In addition, you will build data cleaning and augmentation pipelines for both machine learning and deep learning model-based projects, automating processes and workflows for efficient delivery of AI products via scripting and open-source tools.

Familiarity with code management and version control systems such as Git is essential, as well as staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deployment techniques through independent research and open source tools and libraries.

The ideal candidate will possess a Degree/Masters/PhD in Engineering or Science with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in Computer Vision Projects. Prior experience in real-world AI projects, internships, hackathons, and personal projects is highly valued.

A strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, API concepts and libraries, databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Minio) and SQL for data storage and retrieval is required. Experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React to design web interfaces for AI prototypes and deploy them is a plus.
