Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: You will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all hotel facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshooting: You will troubleshoot any issues that arise with the hotel's facilities and equipment, and implement effective solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: You will schedule regular maintenance tasks to ensure that all hotel facilities are properly maintained and in good working order.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
