Hotel Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for executing daily, periodic, and preventive maintenance for hotel buildings, facilities, and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring high workmanship standards in line with hotel SOPs
  • Attending to all maintenance requests promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining efficient energy consumption
  • Creating a safe and comfortable environment for internal and external guests

Requirements:

  • Minimum NTC 3 / NTC 2 / Industrial Technician Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferably 1 – 5 years of relevant working experience in the Hospitality industry
  • Candidate with Electrical worker license will be advantageous
  • Able to do shift work (3 shifts/ 5 day work week including weekends)
