Hotel Facilities Maintenance Professional
The hotel is seeking a skilled professional to maintain the smooth operation of its facilities and equipment. This role involves ensuring proper function and safety by repairing and maintaining all areas of the hotel and long stay unit facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promptly address all maintenance requests and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking of reported defects and job completion.
  • Attend to guests' requests related to maintenance matters.
  • Maintain the hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Manage maintenance inventory effectively.
  • Familiarize yourself with specific procedures in operation drills.
  • Protect company assets and sensitive information.

Talent Requirements:
  • Certificate in electrical, mechanical or other related major discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in engineering facilities maintenance is required.
  • Technical training in electrical/plumbing is beneficial.
