Cleaning Supervisor Role

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a cleaning team. Your key tasks will include:

  1. Scheduling and delegating specific duties to team members to ensure efficient completion.
  2. Maintaining knowledge of cleaning equipment operation and providing training to team members on their use.
  3. Collaborating with management to establish and enforce high standards of cleanliness and adhere to established procedures.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any complaints that may arise.
  5. Monitoring inventory levels to prevent waste and mismanagement of cleaning materials.
  6. Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. Able to work flexible schedules including night shifts.
  2. Available to report for work on short notice at times.
  3. Willingness to work overtime including weekends and public holidays.
  4. Able to visit multiple locations daily across the region.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. At least 1 year's experience in a similar role within the cleaning industry.
