Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional cleaning services. As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate assigned shifts, facilitating daily pre-operation meetings to discuss duties and expectations with staff.
  • Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees on proper and safe routine cleaning practices using equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
  • Monitor staff punctuality and discipline, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Management or Clients, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Able to work flexible schedules, including midnight shifts, and report for work on short notice at times.
  • Capable of working 24/7 and willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business demands.
  • Comfortable working in islandwide locations, traveling to multiple sites daily, and adapting to diverse environments.
  • Exemplary customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with clients, building strong relationships and trust.
  • At least one year's experience in a similar leadership role within the cleaning sector, with a proven track record of success.
