Job Description

Mycleanhome is seeking experienced Cleaning Team Leaders to join our growing operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in the cleaning industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive a team to deliver high-quality results.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning crews, handling customer enquiries on-site, and ensuring service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of cleaners on assigned jobs
  • Ensure high cleaning standards and customer satisfaction
  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries and issues professionally
  • Report team performance and operational issues to management
  • Suggest improvements to SOPs and workflows
  • Train and support new team members
  • Ensure proper care and use of cleaning equipment and company vehicle

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a cleaning team
  • Strong experience in residential or commercial cleaning
  • Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and manage a small team
  • Singaporean or PR only
