Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and Coordinate Teams: Lead assigned teams, conduct daily meetings to discuss duties and responsibilities, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  2. On-the-Job Training (OJT): Provide training to employees on the proper and safe use of equipment and machinery, including routine cleaning procedures.
  3. Cleaning Schedules: Ensure that all daily and periodic cleaning tasks are completed according to schedule.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Attend to customer complaints and take necessary steps to ensure their satisfaction.
  5. Punctuality and Discipline: Monitor staff punctuality and discipline, and take corrective action as needed.
  6. Additional Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by management or clients.
Requirements:
  1. Night Shift Ability: Be able to work midnight shifts.
  2. Standby Duty: Be available to standby 24/7 and report for work on short notice when required.
  3. Overtime Work: Be willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
  4. Islandwide Locations: Be able to work at various locations across the island and travel to multiple sites daily.
  5. Excellent Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and be able to interact well with clients.
  6. Experience: Have at least one year's experience in a similar role in the cleaning sector.
