Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team at the Lobby Lounge. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and inspire their team, and ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide complete knowledge on the food, beverage, and service available in sections appointed.
  2. Ensure that SLIM and Hotel standards and policies are explained to staff and correctly applied.
  3. Monitor and ensure smooth operations of The Line, Line Shop, and Poolside.
  4. Maintain consistency in quality of food, beverage, service, and cleanliness in The Line.
  5. Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction.
  6. Properly and tactfully handle verbal complaints from customers.
  7. Ensure effective communication within the department and other divisions.
  8. Conduct and attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required.
  9. Ensure that all materials, equipment, and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned to prolong usage.
  10. General maintenance of equipment and follow up on work order forms with the engineering department.
  11. Recommend improvements in all aspects as appropriate.
