About the Role:

  2. SUPERVISE DAILY CLEANING OPERATIONS: Oversee the daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality service and adequate coverage.\
  3. LEAD AND MANAGE SITE CLEANERS: Lead and manage site cleaners to ensure they meet service quality standards and complete tasks efficiently.\
  4. HANDS-ON SUPPORT: Provide hands-on support with onsite cleaning when necessary.\
  5. MANPOWER ALLOCATION: Plan and allocate manpower, create work schedules, and manage attendance records.\
  6. ONSITE ISSUES: Resolve onsite issues, including conflict resolution, service recovery, and incident reporting.\
  7. CLEANING EQUIPMENT: Supervise the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.\
  8. AD-HOC DUTIES: Execute ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.

About You:

  • DIPLOMA IN FACILITIES MANAGEMENT OR RELATED DISCIPLINE: Hold a diploma in facilities management or a related field.\
  • EXPERIENCE: Possess a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.\
  • WILLINGNESS TO PERFORM ON-SITE CLEANING TASKS: Be willing to perform onsite cleaning tasks during manpower shortages.\
  • SKILLS: Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.\
  • TIMEMANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational abilities.\
  • LEADERSHIP AND PROBLEM-SOLVING CAPABILITIES: Show demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities.\
  • AABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND COLLABORATIVELY: Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
