Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to manage and motivate our cleaning team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Plan and assign daily schedules and duties, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and hygiene compliance.
  • Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and maintain good relationships.
  • Manage cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment inventory, ordering replacements as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key accomplishments and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school education or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in cleaning/environmental services, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage manpower and work schedules effectively.
  • Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Preferred Attributes:

  • WSQ certification in environmental cleaning or related training.
  • Experience in healthcare, industrial, or commercial cleaning projects.
  • Customer service-oriented and proactive attitude.
