Director of Business Development

Epsilon is a leading provider of data-driven marketing solutions, empowering brands to activate first-party data for personalized customer experiences across the open web. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving full-funnel growth through targeted programmatic advertising, onsite personalization, conversion rate optimization, and retail media.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the full sales cycle for Epsilon's Digital Media Solutions, Yieldify, and Retail Media solutions, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Establish and nurture deep relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to align Epsilon's solutions with the client's business objectives.
- Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets by closing new contracts and ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with Client Services, Product, and Delivery teams.
- Secure high-value clients and drive significant revenue growth by penetrating new markets in SEA and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Apply business acumen to understand client needs, market trends, and offer consultative solutions. Negotiate and close contracts with key decision-makers.
- Leverage relationships with senior stakeholders (CMOs/CIOs) to drive account penetration and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Epsilon's products and services, effectively communicating their value to stakeholders. Use your knowledge of digital media, technology platforms, and data solutions to drive new client acquisition and retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth, particularly in AdTech and MarTech.
- Demonstrated success in closing large media sales, AdTech or MarTech deals through strategic planning, focus, and drive.
- Deep understanding of the Media/Advertising sales landscape in Southeast Asia, with significant experience in AdTech and Retail Media in the region.
- Expertise in managing client relationships, particularly in ad solutions, direct marketing, and agency environments. Proficiency in consultative sales and solution selling approaches.
- Strong strategic planning skills with a solid quantitative background. Ability to leverage analytics to inform sales strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation abilities and communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes.
- Extensive knowledge of Digital Marketing, marketing technology, and data solutions. Proven ability to use this expertise to drive business development and client acquisition.
- Strong network within the industry, with a history of collaborating with executives from advertising agencies and various verticals. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to drive strategy and secure new client logos.
