Construction Contract Management Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned construction contract manager to spearhead our team's contractual operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective contract strategies with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Manage all contractual claims, including extension of time, variations, and loss & expense
  • Provide expert contractual advice and ensure compliance with obligations
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks
  • Resolve disputes amicably with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage all contract documentation and dispute letters

Requirements:

  • Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Contract Law degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction contract management
  • Expert knowledge of PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA contracts, and SOP Act
