**Job Title:** Resident Technical Officer
**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly experienced Resident Technical Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction works, ensuring compliance with regulations and contract requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • To carry out full-time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer's instructions.
  • To monitor progress and ensure that the work is done and materials used are in accordance with approved specifications, codes, standards, and regulations.
  • To assume any other duties in connection with the project assigned by the S.O.
  • To supervise any works in compliance with contract requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Min.10 years of experience in LTA projects.
  • Registered RTO with IES/ACES.
