
Experienced Contract Administration Specialist Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administration Lead to oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from pre-contract planning to post-contract closure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and construction management, with excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Administer and manage contracts including progress payments, variations, claims, final accounts, and contractual correspondences.
- Monitor project costs, track changes, and produce cost reports for management review.
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve contractual issues and disputes.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, contract terms, and statutory requirements.
- Mentor junior QS team members and assist in department development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Senior or Managerial role in handling contractual issues in the Construction industry.
- A proven track record in handling medium to large-scale or public projects.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
- A team player with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
