Experienced Contract Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned contract professional to provide expert advice on contract administration, negotiation, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction litigation procedures and familiarity with Building and Civil Engineering contracts in both public and private sectors.
Job Description:Contract Administration: Review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Contract Management: Manage contract databases and maintain up-to-date records.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve contract management processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance on new regulations and developments, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A degree in Building, Construction, or Engineering.
- Certification in Litigation or Arbitration Law.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Contracts Administration in main contractor companies.
