Talent Acquisition Specialist

Xcellink Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Talent Delivery Consultant to drive organisational transformation and enhance talent management capabilities. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, assess their talent needs, and develop strategies that drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Consultation: Partner with clients to understand their organisational goals, talent challenges, and transformational needs. Provide expert advice and recommendations on talent strategy, including workforce solutions and innovation programs.
- New Programs and Initiatives: Lead and create new initiatives to develop tech talents and influence clients on innovative ways of injecting new talents and growing capabilities.
- Talent Sourcing: Provide recruitment services, managing from sourcing to onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Program Management: Manage end-to-end talent programs and projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. Coordinate resources locally and regionally, monitor progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop learning programs that support talent development and capability building. Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilise data-driven insights to assess talent trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimisation of talent strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including HR leaders, executives, and project sponsors. Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent management and organisational development. Share insights with clients and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including consultants, analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in talent management, organisational development, or related consulting roles.
- Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisation Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: CEI Certification preferred.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and creative solutions to marketing challenges.
- Strong consulting and client management skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior leaders.
- Proven experience in leading transformational change initiatives and managing complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
