HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the Emerging Talent team at Infineon Technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and reviewing HR Emerging Talent topics
  • Handling day-to-day operations in Emerging Talent, including tracking, monitoring, and updating progress of talent topics/programs
  • Serving as a liaison contact for virtual/physical events, such as Infineon-Campus events, professional job fairs, and event execution
  • Supporting the implementation of employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to position Infineon as an employer of choice
  • Being involved in local and/or regional project coordination and meeting administration, including minutes-taking and follow-ups

As an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure in campus engagement and relations, develop skills in project management, and enhance your interpersonal and communication skills. You will be working with a diverse team and will have the chance to develop your skills in recruitment research and talent attraction.

Requirements:

  • On track to attain a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or Social Sciences or a relevant field of study
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Mastery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook
