Top Desktop Support Professional Wanted

This role is responsible for providing top-notch technical support to end-users, ensuring their desktop systems and hardware are running smoothly.
- Troubleshooting Hardware and Software Issues: Diagnose and resolve complex problems with desktop systems, printers, PDAs, Blackberries, and LAN cable drops.
- Software Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain software applications on desktops and laptops.
- System Backups and Restores: Perform regular system backups and restores to ensure data integrity and availability.
- IMACD Functionality: Handle installation and decommissioning of desktop systems and peripherals.
- Service Desk and Remote Desktop Support: Assist ServiceDesk/Remote Desktop Support teams with hands-on coordination efforts.
- Categorize and Prioritize End-User Support Requests: Utilize ticketing systems to track tickets, provide up-to-date status, and information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on various platforms.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with end-users and collaborating with IT teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework: Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices is highly preferred.
