As a Strategic Tender Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by creating winning tender strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines.
- Develop and execute tender strategies that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless project execution
- Risk analysis and mitigation to protect the organization from potential liabilities
- Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal solutions
- Evaluate technical specifications and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and manage relations with other business units
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required
- 6-8 years of experience in tendering and estimation for Digital Power Automation projects preferred
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a passion for sustainability and digital transformation are highly valued in this role.
