At Asia Infrastructure Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cost management department, you will be responsible for providing full MEP cost and commercial management project services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget establishment and cost estimation
- Cost reporting and consultant/contractor procurement
- Valuations, contract administration, and change control
- Final account closure and ability to work with international stakeholders
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in Quantity Surveying, MEP engineering or similar. A minimum of 3 years' total QS/cost consultancy working experience in Singapore is required, as well as a minimum of 1 year's experience working on mission-critical projects in Singapore.
Experience of at least two of the following is preferred: Commercial, CRE/office fit out project for an MNC, advanced manufacturing/R&D/laboratory project, or Infra. You should also have a minimum of 1-3 years' experience working with a QS/cost consultancy firm in Singapore and at least one project with a minimum project value of S$5 to S$10m.
