We are seeking an experienced project control manager to join our team at Seatrium. In this role, you will oversee project costing, budget allocation, and cost forecasting, ensuring timely commercial and cost reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing the project revenue update and project cash flow, ensuring timely commercial and cost reporting. You will also oversee Change Order Management and Claims with Clients, Vendors, and Subcontractors, as well as coordinating with respective stakeholders for Payment milestones requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline or equivalent. At least 5 years of relevant project control manager work experience and good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Working Hours and Location
We have two locations, Admiralty Yard and Tuas Yard. Our working hours are Mon - Thur: 8:00am - 5:15pm, and Fri: 8:00am - 4:30pm. Islandwide transport is provided for employees working at Tuas Yard, and transport is provided from Sembawang MRT for employees working at Admiralty Yard.
