Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team at DKSH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving profitable year-on-year growth in business development deals with clients across pharmaceutical, medical devices, and consumer healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive research/feasibility studies/market scan, evaluate findings, and prepare information for decision-making
- Strategize and execute country expansion strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
- Lead the negotiation process, prepare contracts, providing inputs on proper pricing and contract terms

Requirements:

- Minimum 7-10 years experience in a similar capacity within the healthcare industry
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in a managerial capacity - i.e., people management
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore healthcare landscape and the company's capabilities and industry needs
