Hyperscaler Partner Development Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Hyperscaler Partner Development Manager to lead and accelerate our go-to-market strategy with Marketplace. This role will focus on building and scaling sales through AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Marketplace by working closely with distributors across the APJ region.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner GTM strategy with AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Marketplace, aligned with HCLSoftware's APJ sales objectives.
  • Build strong working relationships with AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Partner Managers, Solution Architects, and Marketplace teams.
  • Enable and support distributors and resellers to onboard, position, and transact HCLSoftware products via AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Marketplace.
  • Drive co-selling initiatives and joint marketing programs to generate demand and accelerate revenue.
  • Track pipeline, performance, and partner engagement metrics; provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in enterprise software or cloud partner development, with a strong understanding of AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Marketplace and channel ecosystems.
  • Proven experience working with distributors and VARs in the APJ region.
  • Deep knowledge of hyperscaler GTM models and cloud procurement dynamics.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
