Job Summary:
HCLSoftware is seeking a results-driven Hyperscaler Partner Development Manager (APJ) to lead and accelerate our go-to-market strategy with Marketplace. This role will focus on building and scaling sales through AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Marketplace by working closely with our Distributors across the APJ region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner GTM strategy with AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Marketplace, aligned with HCLSoftware's APJ sales objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Partner Managers, Solution Architects, and Marketplace teams.
- Enable and support Distributors and Resellers to onboard, position, and transact HCLSoftware products via AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Marketplace.
- Drive co-selling initiatives and joint marketing programs to generate demand and accelerate revenue.
- Track pipeline, performance, and partner engagement metrics; provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- 8+ years in enterprise software or cloud partner development, with strong understanding of AWS/AZURE/GOOGLE Marketplace and channel ecosystems.
- Proven experience working with Distributors and VARs in the APJ region.
- Deep knowledge of hyperscaler GTM models and cloud procurement dynamics.
