About The Role We're searching for a Partner Sales Manager to lead our partner ecosystem and drive substantial revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will build, grow, and drive monumental revenue by recruiting and empowering our key partners. You'll become the go-to expert for our entire field sales team, expertly managing the full partner ecosystem, including Channel, Technology, GSI, and Hyperscaler partners. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will directly influence Kong's bottom line by fueling sourced incremental revenue. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to make a significant market impact, we want to hear from youWhat You'll Be Doing Own your region as your own business, driving sales of Kong’s full portfolio, from products and services to renewals, by empowering a core group of partners. Partner directly with the Asia Regional Director to champion and execute ambitious go-to-market plans and identify and recruit new partners to accelerate our growth. Fuel our growth by leading pipeline generation initiatives that dramatically increase partner-sourced opportunities. Drive the creation of strategic assets with key partners, including joint blueprints and reference architectures, to accelerate sales cycles. Lead joint marketing initiatives with partners to generate a robust sales pipeline. Understand partners’ business drivers and work with cross-functional teams (Enablement, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations) to ensure successful project implementation. Spearhead regional expansion by developing and executing strategic partner plans in collaboration with your assigned team members (sales engineering, customer success, marketing, and more) across Asia. Frequent travel of more than 50% of the time. What You Bring To The Team You have a proven history of building and executing go-to-market strategies across all partner types (Channel, Technology, Hyperscalers, GSIs), and you have a strong network of relationships with regional and national system integrators. Experience with selling into the Singapore government via partners will be a plus. You are a driven builder, passionate about generating net-new and sourced business through a robust partner ecosystem. You are a strategic orchestrator, capable of managing and leading a wide variety of activities across your partner network to drive results.
