Overview AWS Global Sales drives adoption of the AWS cloud worldwide, enabling customers of all sizes to innovate and expand in the cloud. This role is within the AWS Public Sector team, focusing on building mind share and driving adoption of AWS and Partner services with National and Global System Integrator Partners across Government, Healthcare and Not-for-Profit Industries. Your responsibilities will include driving executive and field relationships with leading partners, establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and managing Go-to-Market Planning and Strategic Initiatives with these Partners to drive end customer adoption in Public Sector segments. The ideal candidate will engage at the CxO level, interact with public sector customers and AWS teams, and think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges while conveying compelling value propositions to help partners deliver sustainable business value and assist customers in achieving their mission. Responsibilities Strategic Partner Development: Drive strategic relationships with key public sector-focused consulting partners in Singapore; Develop and execute partner business plans to accelerate AWS adoption in government, education, and nonprofit sectors. Business Development & Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed revenue targets through partner-led opportunities; Identify and develop new business opportunities within the public sector ecosystem; Create joint go-to-market strategies with partners to expand AWS's market presence. Partner Enablement: Lead partners through AWS Partner Network (APN) program advancement and certification requirements; Drive partner competency development in key public sector workloads and solutions; Enable partners to position and deliver AWS solutions to public sector customers. Domain Expertise: Provide thought leadership on public sector digital transformation; Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements in the public sector; Stay current with public sector procurement processes. Program Management: Develop and manage partner investment plans and incentive programs; Track and report on partner performance metrics and KPIs; Coordinate internal resources to support partner success. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with AWS sales teams to align partner and direct sales efforts; Work cross-functionally with solutions architects, professional services, and product teams.
