The GMP Group is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager - Compliance to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our Human Resource practices are aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate responses to recommendations made by external auditors and MOHH Group Internal Audit teams.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of audit checks according to the HR Governance Annual Work Plan.
  • Manage the Cluster Risk Registers in RI-SYS and the annual review of the Cluster HR Risk Registers.
  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on governance matters.
  • Collaborate with various HR Centre of Excellence (COE) to develop SOPs for key HR processes.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in finance, audit, or compliance.
  • Experience in developing SOPs using appropriate tools.
  • Experience in using data analytics tools, such as Tableau.
