
Construction Project Administrator

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing construction projects, preparing plans and documentation, and conducting quantity take-offs and cost estimates. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, and have at least 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Administrating contracts, including preparation of plans, contracts, budgets, and other documentation
- Quantity take-off, cost estimate, contract administration, and support in tender exercises
- Preparing tender evaluation, negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers, and procurement management
- Monitoring and tracking project expenses to optimize profit
- Attending progress meetings, technical meetings, and material submission meetings to capture variation claims and potential variation works
- Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget and cost control, and settlement of final account
- Possess degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building, or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the Construction industry
