Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to oversee the administration of our construction projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Track project progress, review milestones and ensure timely completion;
- Manage technical documentation including drawings, agreements, and tender documents;
- Draft meeting minutes related to design, construction, and maintenance matters;
- Prepare project briefs and presentation materials;
- Coordinate site inspections and monitor follow-ups;
- Liaise with contractors and vendors for repairs and equipment maintenance;
- Handle property lease contracts and documentation;
Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Familiarity with project management software.
