We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to oversee the administration of our construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Track project progress, review milestones and ensure timely completion;
  • Manage technical documentation including drawings, agreements, and tender documents;
  • Draft meeting minutes related to design, construction, and maintenance matters;
  • Prepare project briefs and presentation materials;
  • Coordinate site inspections and monitor follow-ups;
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors for repairs and equipment maintenance;
  • Handle property lease contracts and documentation;
