Technical Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Technical Support Specialist, providing technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and ticketing platform.

As a member of our IT team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on various devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Key responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, applications, and network equipment.

You will also provide training and support to end-users on software applications and IT best practices.

Maintaining detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and inventory management in the helpdesk ticketing system will be essential.

Collaboration with other IT team members to escalate complex issues and implement solutions will also be part of your role.

Assisting in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software while staying updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Contribution to the development of user documentation and training materials will be crucial for the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux) and common software applications.
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
