Debugging Expert ">

As a skilled debugging expert , you will be responsible for leading a team to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Server & Rack products. Your expertise in analysis, problem-solving, and communication will play a crucial role in improving product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of engineers to investigate and resolve product failures during the production process.
  • To analyze and diagnose root causes of failure, identifying key components or failure modes.
  • To work closely with customers, HQ, and factory teams to implement improvements.
  • To participate in Kaizen activities, collaborating with relevant parties to drive continuous improvement.
  • To develop and update Working Instructions as needed, providing training to technicians.
  • To support NPI Process and mass production, ensuring seamless execution.
  • To contribute to ISO activities, driving implementation and maintenance.

Requirements:

In order to excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline, coupled with at least 3 years of experience in Server/Rack/Manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent ability to collaborate with customers, test/R&D/system teams.
  • Familiarity with Linux, with preference given to those with hands-on experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, with a strong understanding of test & debug methods.
  • Knowledge of programming and debugging skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
