Job Title: Condominium Manager

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced condominium manager to oversee the smooth operation of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with experience in managing high-end residences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the building, including facilities management, maintenance coordination, and vendor contract management.

To ensure the optimal performance of the property, the condominium manager will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

A diploma or degree in estate management, facilities management, or a related field is desirable. Strong negotiation and leadership skills are also essential.

We are looking for a results-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in condominium management preferably with high-end residences
  • Diploma/Degree in Estate Management, Facilities / Hospitality / Business preferably familiarity with BMSMA
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Exhibit organizational and leadership skills
  • Well organize and able to optimize cost, space and equipment while working within operational costs
  • Able to handle pressure, multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Able to handle all levels of people with a customer service-oriented mindset
