Laboratory Professional for Quality Control and Improvement

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of laboratory standards are met on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will manage and ensure the technical competencies and skill improvement process of junior and experienced medical technologists through ongoing learning and development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring quality controls, LIS management, and continuous quality improvement processes are implemented and maintained.
- Assisting in implementing new or improved workflows and processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or diploma in Biomedical Science.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
