Roles & Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a Laboratory Quality Control Specialist to perform quality control analysis on materials at various stages of the manufacturing process.
  • This role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory facilities and equipment, ensuring accurate monitoring and measuring devices.
  • The successful candidate will schedule or perform preventive maintenance, servicing, or calibration works as required.
  • They will monitor and ensure that outgoing products meet delivery schedules by conducting quality checks.
  • Laboratory Quality Control Specialists generate analysis reports and certificates of assurance for customers, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • This position requires establishing, reviewing, and maintaining standard operating procedures and records for ISO compliance.
  • The ideal candidate will perform data analysis, initiate investigations when necessary, and implement continual improvement plans to enhance quality management system effectiveness.
  • Additionally, they will implement and enforce good laboratory and safety practices, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Laboratory Quality Control Specialists plan reagent and lab consumables procurement for effective inventory control.
  • Purchase and maintain lab inventory while evaluating test samples for investigation and development works.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Detailed knowledge of laboratory instruments such as Ion Chromatographs, ICP-MS, ICP-OES, UV-Spectrophotometer & Photometric-Titrator.
