About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of laboratory equipment, instruments, and processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations, quality control, and regulatory compliance. They will be able to analyze complex data and laboratory results to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve laboratory equipment and instrument validation and qualification programs.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Data Integrity requirements.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot laboratory issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain laboratory procedures and protocols.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to laboratory staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory quality control within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of GLP, GMP, and Data Integrity requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
