Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day office administration functions.
  • Liaise with Estate on office-related issues, including lockers, doors, lighting, and other facilities.
  • Support Divisional events and campaigns, including preparing IPADs and wireless credit card payment kits for fundraising and annual giving programs.
  • Assist in handling procurement matters, such as creating purchase requests, issuing POs, performing Goods Receipts, and managing membership subscriptions and marketing communications collateral.
  • Organize internal divisional meetings and external meetings.
  • Manage and maintain divisional assets, including IPADs, laptops, and cameras, and work with Finance for fixed assets reporting.
  • Manage divisional representative duties and maintain accurate records.
  • Support and organize profile research for donor events.
  • Manage system downtime notices for AO systems.
  • Perform regular housekeeping on the AO working website to ensure easy access to information.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Business Management, or Finance.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in office operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Procurement or Finance-related systems is preferred but not mandatory.

The successful candidate may be offered a temporary contract with a view to renewal, subject to business needs.
