Job Title: Senior HR Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Leader to lead our overall HR function. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with our company vision and business goals.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, preferably with a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

  • With at least 6 years of experience in HR, including senior leadership roles, you will possess excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • You will lead and manage the recruitment process, talent management, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

  • Your role will also involve developing and enforcing HR policies to ensure compliance with laws and internal regulations.

  • Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

  • You will drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, providing leadership and mentorship to the HR team to enhance performance and professional growth.

  • As a Senior HR Leader, you will oversee HR operations and systems to support smooth processes and change management.
