Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Source and select candidates for various positions, ensuring the best fit for the company's needs.
  • Corporate HR Policy: Collaborate with country HR teams to develop and implement corporate-wide HR policies and procedures.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Develop and lead compensation and benefits programs, including payroll calculation, performance management, job evaluation, rewards planning, and healthcare insurance.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement training programs to meet developmental goals.
  • Employee Relations: Provide HR advisory services to business leaders and employees, addressing grievances and handling disciplinary matters.
  • On/Offboarding: Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive HR initiatives for continuous improvement, conducting data collection, organizational analysis, and gathering feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in supervisory position.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR practices.
